Boasting 8 parks along with the Shuyler Creek Trail and several community building and Aquatic Center, there is something for everyone.  Each fall since 1992 the Republic Pumpkin Daze is held on the first Saturday in October. Giant pumpkins draw participants from the entire regions, vendors gather to show off their arts and crafts as families across the Ozarks gather in celebration of the fall harvest season.
