Kampville, named after the Kamp family, was a small village in the northeastern part of the Dardenne township. Kampville is located around the area where Dardenne empties into the missouri river. Kampville elementary school is in the extreme northwestern part of St. Charles township. Kampville elementary school was formerly known as the Dardenne School for its location on the Dardenne creek.
Kampville is on the northeast land of the big development that is surrounding St. Charles. It is a band of rural subdivisions and many family farms that are located between the Mississippi and Missouri rivers. The small town offers a laid-back pace of life that revolves around the riverfront and the agriculture land. There are many different fields for farming, and small countryside roads.

These people did what we thought was impossible. They got a big rig cleaned from the smell of years of cat urine and made it drivable again
We used SERVPRO when our washing machine leaked, resulting in water flooding the laundry room as well as a couple of surrounding rooms and the breakfast room below. We could not be happier with the service we received from Jason, Jorge, and David. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very sympathetic to our situation. When my home was flooded due to a local appliance company installer not putting the washer drain pipe in the hole in the wall, I called SERVPRO. They were out in a couple of hours. They worked for hours removing wet laminate flooring, soaked installation and drywall. Set up fans and dehumidifiers in my kitchen and basement. A few days later most of my kitchen cabinets had to be removed from the wall too. They carefully moved everything and set it aside. Everyone was very professional. Josh gave me his business card and told me if I needed anything, to call him personally. He was very responsive to all my calls. Although I was not happy about my home being flooded after moving in just a week prior, SERVPRO made it better! I will highly recommend them to anyone and would hire them again if needed in the future!! Thank you to Josh and his crew for doing a great job!!
I had a house fire and used SERVPRO in St. Charles. I was so impressed from the start with them. I met with Jason first and went over the details. Then I met his crew that actually did the removal and clean up. Jorge was very professional and very helpful. Kevin, Jamille, and Brandon were all great. They did their portion of the work and they were fast and did an amazing job. They all were very sympathetic as to what I was going through with the fire damage. I would recommend them to anyone in the future that ever goes through anything like this. This horrible experience they helped me through it and made it easier on me. Thank you to each of them!
Colton, Evan, and Dave were very friendly and very professional. Work was done very well. I was very pleased. Dan Barnes did an exceptional job of restoring our kitchen and stairwell. He was on time every visit and knowledgeable of his services. Very courteous and a job professionally done
My house flooded due to my upstairs toilet breaking and these folks did an amazing and very efficient job of getting all the wet materials out of my house and getting the dehumidifiers and fans set up. I think these guys must work all hours because they came out past typical business hours to get everything set up. They were very clear and open in their in communication and their communication was outstanding. They have little monitors that tells them the moisture levels in walls so they aren't guessing or tearing out more than is needed. While I never wish that my house had flooded, I'm glad this place was recommended to me by my insurance because they have been amazing. If such a tragedy ever strikes anyone, I highly recommend calling this company. They were outstanding!
