Wow I have no words to thank Steve at SERVPRO! Wonderful to find honest and trustworthy people when you are questioning major home repairs. We had been given some mold information from another company diagnosing our issue and quoting us thousands to repair it after paying them $300 to look at it alone. Steve went above and beyond by asking questions, requesting the photos we were given from the other company and discussing in detail our situation on the phone. He was honest in saying what needed to be done to fix the problem and it was not even necessary he come out to look at it. We hands down trust and would use this company in the future! We had a plumbing fixture split and gallons and gallons of water were spilling out into our basement. After getting the water shut off, my next move was to call, SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley, to see what to do next. They had a team to my home within 30 minutes of my call and they were moving furniture out of the way to get the water contained and start pulling out the problem areas where the water seeped through. We left the ‘mess’ for the weekend and knew it was in good hands with the crew from SERVPRO; the disaster didn’t seem so imminent once they showed up.
