So this was year #2 for me to have SERVPRO out to my house, as awful as it is having septic flow into your house, they had everything cleaned and sanitized very quickly. Not only did they clean up everything, they dealt with my insurance and actually got everything covered including my lower level redone after I was told that it would not be fully covered. I cannot say enough about Steve and Chris, thanks and thanks to you crew for making a horrible thing twice be ok but I really hope to not see you again for this reason. Thanks, Laurie.

We had a plumbing fixture split and gallons and gallons of water were spilling out into our basement. After getting the water shut off, my next move was to call, SERVPRO of the St. Croix Valley, to see what to do next. They had a team to my home within 30 minutes of my call and they were moving furniture out of the way to get the water contained and start pulling out the problem areas where the water seeped through. We left the ‘mess’ for the weekend and knew it was in good hands with the crew from SERVPRO; the disaster didn’t seem so imminent once they showed up. Thank you for your quick response time and professionalism!
Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. They came and “sterilized” the basement, brought many commercial air dryers and dried the basement for several days. We would recommend this company to everyone.
