Suttons Bay Cleanup and Restoration

Ryan and his team were wonderful! My builder’s plumber flooded my new home that was nearing completion and my wood floors were destroyed. Ryan worked with my builder and got them to cover all costs to remove and replace the flooring. Very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Gone for the weekend came home to a toilet that had been running since we left. Flicked the handle and it stopped. Water in bathroom, bedroom and some in living room, ugh! Called Serv Pro and Cameron and Ryan came out the next day. They set up a dehumidifier and five different fans to dry things up. Cam came to the house two other times to check things out. 8 days later we were dry. Ryan came and took out the dehumidifier and the last fan, we are dry now, yay!! Serv Pro did an excellent job! Wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again, although I hope we never need them again.

Traverse City Servpro deserves more than the five stars allowed on this survey. They did a fantastic job. The project manager and his crew were skilled, professional, and supportive. They kept in touch throughout the clean-up process and sent pictures of their work. They explained their process, so we would know what to expect. The damage to our home was very upsettng. but they helped us cope with the cleanup and made it tolerable. LLC

Our whole basement flooded on December 25, 2024. It was a real mess. Serv Pro came in the next day and began cleaning everything up completely. They had to also cut all the drywall around the whole basement, 2 feet up from the floor as the water had damaged the lower part of the drywall as well. The industrial size fans they used to dry any remaining minor moisture, was amazing. They did an exceptional job getting everything cleaned up. Once we finally received the check from the insurance company (which was a nightmare dealing with), the reconstruction started. All the drywall was replaced, patched, painted, new flooring was put in and than Serv Pro came back to clean up everything again from the reconstruction . It was like a brand new basement again. They did an AMAZING JOB and we are very happy with the end results.

Awoke to water in our basement on a Monday morning and within 2 hours a crew from ServPro were at our house extracting water and dealing with the problem. Both Cameron and Cory were professional in their interactions with us and conscientious of how they brought equipment through our house down to the basement and handled our furniture and belongings. Preston was responsive in getting a crew to our house quickly and to scheduling requests I had as equipment was here for several days. Also, Keith the owner was great to work with regarding the billing. Highly recommend Traverse City ServPro!!
