Just a minor flood in comparison to some. The plumber suggested we contact SERVPRO & we're so glad we did. Unlike us, they knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded like the pros they are. They made getting things dried out a lot easier than we could imagine, explaining everything as they proceeded. Hopefully we won't have this type of problem again, but if we should there's no doubt who we will call.
Again, I want to thank your team for being so professional, kind and understanding. I really had no clear idea what they were walking into. What they were able to accomplish, especially with the kitchen and bathroom was great. I can't say enough positive for your team. I am sure having to deal with me via phone and text added a bit to the challenge. I worked out well.
