Romeo is a city located north of Washington. The city is best known for the Peach Festival that is held there annually on labor day weekend. This is the second oldest festival in the state of Michigan. All weekend baked goods and homemade foods are sold, apples and sunflowers can be picked, craft shows are put on, and an art gallery is open. The 24-mile Macomb Orchard Trail runs through this park which allows for long walks and bike rides. It is also home to the Romeo-Washington-Bruce Parks & Recreation. This park serves three communities and has a little playground for children. It also hosts fun events such as Music in the Park. Romeo is a city that is packed full of businesses and homes.
