Very friendly and professional! SERVPRO was very thorough in making sure the water was drying up in our crawl space and on our floors after our water line leading into our dishwasher cracked and flooded our whole kitchen. We had several fans in our crawl and two dehumidifiers placed strategically. SERVPRO checked our humidity and moisture levels several times throughout the mitigation process. We're ready to start reconstruction now. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Marine City / Romeo!
Took care of everything for me
In less than two hours Derrick Walker along with his assistant was at my house and cleaning up our basement which was flooded with water. There were very thorough and left with 4 fans and a dehumidifier running. They can back 3 days later, picked up their equipment. They did an absolutely great job!! I would highly recommend them!
3 and a half feet of water backed up from the drains, filling the finished half of my basement and utterly wrecking the storage space in the other half. I could cart stuff from the basement to the curb, but the wood paneling was destroyed and I was afraid I'd lose the mid-century bar to mold and rot. Since my power tools were also inundated, I couldn't even start the demo on the wood myself. Fortunately, Rob and his team could. Despite the enormous volume of requests that came flooding in (pardon my wording), they found time to fit me into their overloaded schedule. They removed the wood paneling, helped cart stuff to the curb, set up dehumidifiers and fans, and did their level best to make sure mold and rot wouldn't encroach on anything that survived. The basement is bare now, but it's no longer a disaster. Best of all, they managed to save the bar. Would I recommend them? Hell yeah. If/when we flood again, they'll be my first call.
Derek has done a great job handling my situation. Gave me references so I could get the job done. I would highly recommend this company and they will help you with all your needs. They are fast, thorough, and answered any questions I ever had no matter what time of day. I would highly recommend them and any references they give you.

A huge thank you to Rob MacEwan, Susan Schlottman, and Derrek Walker and the crew.. I was referred to SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo because they were highly recommended and had a reputation of being the best in the business. I came home from vacation to find water in my basement. I called Susan Schlottman, Director of Operations at SERVPRO and she immediately sent a crew to my home. Derrek Walker and his crew had my carpet pulled and removed within hours of my initial call. Fans and dehumidifiers were placed in the basement and in no time they were able to prevent further damage.
I believe because Derrek used state of the art equipment and was quick to respond is why my basement had minimal damage. When I say state of the art of equipment. You wouldn't believe the sophisticated equipment they used. I had fans and humidifiers all over my basement, ensuring not only the moisture was removed. But they actually used technology to ensure there was ZERO MOISTURE left in the basement.
Not only did Derrek and his crew ensure my basement had minimal damage. My basement was spotless when they were done. All the carpet was bagged up and removed from my basement. There was no mess AT ALL for me to clean up.
So to Derrek, Susan and the Crew and especially Rob...thank you so much for helping me out in what could of been a disaster. You guys are the best.
