Mount Clemens has been the seat of Macomb County, Michigan, since 1818. Residents and businesses count on the professionals at SERVPRO® to respond to fire damage and water damage emergencies 365 days a year.  

The city got its name from Christian Clemens, who surveyed the land in 1795 after the American Revolutionary War. Clemens settled here and opened a distillery with his friend. The distillery attracted people to the area, and the town was named after him. The Clinton River runs through the city. Today there are 6,714 households and 3,542 families living within the city limits. Residents and visitors enjoy concert performances at the Emerald Theatre, and art enthusiasts visit the Anton Art Center, a community gallery in the former Carnegie library. The city is home to the Mount Clemens Bathers football team (a nod to the mineral baths that used to be a "Bath City" attraction long ago) and the Metro Jets Hockey Club.
