I called SERVPRO of Dearborn at 6:30am thinking I'd get voicemail. Instead a real person answered and assured me the crew would be there first thing that morning. Sure enough they arrived at 8:10 and extracted a lot of water from my basement carpet then started drying it. My disaster was over by 10am! If I ever have another problem, I will certainly call them again. Great job!
