Casco is a city that contains mostly farmland and old farmhouses. When driving through Casco, you will see a large number of corn and soybean fields, as well as grassy fields. The city is a very calm and quiet place where families can enjoy their home and the town they live in. Because Casco is a calmer area, there is a lot of land for several golf courses such as Michigan Meadows and the Golden Hawk Golf Club. Casco is also home to the CornFun Corn Maze Adventure which is hosted by a resident of Casco each year. This resident makes a corn maze for families to enjoy, allows pumpkin picking, and holds a sunflower festival. Each year Casco holds a Suckerfest. This event is hosted annually to celebrate the spawning run of sucker fish. A Suckerfest queen is honored each year, determined by who raised the most money to donate to the Salvation Army. Because Casco contains so many old farmhouses, these houses are more likely to have electrical and/or water problems that can cause fires and floods. We had storm damage in the spring of 2024. Due to missing shingles which caused a lot of water damage. We called ServPro one of 3 companies that our insurance co. gave us to pick from. In less then a hour they were there to seal up our roof. We gave them the contract to do all the repairs on our house. I have to say these people are on the ball, they worked with our insurance adjuster, who was not the easiest person to work with. Also the sub contractors that they used, did a superb job, better then we expected. There foreman Mike was always easy to get a hold of and kept us informed about the job. Rob the owner was very nice and handled a lot of the work that went on behind the scenes. The whole staff at ServPro was great to work with. Thanks so much to Susan and Rob and Scott and our buddy Mike and also Benny for the puppy fix.

Servpro was hired Derek and the crew came out in a jiffy mitigated the problem that was extremely hard and challenging to get to in order to fix problem of the excessive amount of water accumulation in the crawl which has been resolved and the crawl is dry with no issues as of now
