Armada is a city that is known for its many farms and the annual fair that the town hosts. This fair draws in  a lot of visitors, as it has a country music concert, animals, and many different rides to enjoy. Armada is also the home to the very popular Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill. This orchard includes so many fun activities for both children and adults, and also allows you to pick your own fruits. The 24-mile Macomb Orchard Trail also runs through Armada. While in Armada you can also visit the Wolcott Mill Metropark Farm Center, which has the Belle River running through it. Although Michigan does not experience many tornadoes, Armada is considered to be in the hot spot of where tornadoes usually hit. In the early summer of 2021, a tornado made its way through the city. The tornado left behind branches and fallen trees all over yards and roads. Streets had to be blocked off so the debris could be properly cleaned up. Many houses and buildings were left damaged, some severely damaged. SERVPRO was there quickly after to help residents and building owners in the cleanup from the natural disaster. Because Armada is a lot of farmland, there are also a lot of old farm houses that have problems with their water systems. These problems sometimes cause flooding or water damage. We had storm damage in the spring of 2024. Due to missing shingles which caused a lot of water damage. We called ServPro one of 3 companies that our insurance co. gave us to pick from. In less then a hour they were there to seal up our roof. We gave them the contract to do all the repairs on our house. I have to say these people are on the ball, they worked with our insurance adjuster, who was not the easiest person to work with. Also the sub contractors that they used, did a superb job, better then we expected. There foreman Mike was always easy to get a hold of and kept us informed about the job. Rob the owner was very nice and handled a lot of the work that went on behind the scenes. The whole staff at ServPro was great to work with. Thanks so much to Susan and Rob and Scott and our buddy Mike and also Benny for the puppy fix.

Servpro was hired Derek and the crew came out in a jiffy mitigated the problem that was extremely hard and challenging to get to in order to fix problem of the excessive amount of water accumulation in the crawl which has been resolved and the crawl is dry with no issues as of now
