I contacted SERVPRO of Reisterstown for a whole house carpet cleaning at a rental property of mine. I was on the fence as to whether or not the carpets would need to be replaced but I decided to attempt having them cleaned first and I am so happy that I did. This company was able to restore every room of carpet that I had, the carpets look and smell great. SERVPRO of Reisterstown saved me a great deal of money at this property and I would definitely use them again!
Initially called because I thought they could help with the leak (that eventually turned into a geyser) Brittany was most helpful and even after what seemed like 10 calls ... they were there quickly and courteously to hold my hand and walk me through a 5 day process that left my home in incredible shape ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company ... every employee we dealt with was outstanding!!!
I recently used SERVPRO of Reisterstown for a commercial cleanup. The team arrived within a few hours of my calling and stayed late into the night to finish the job. They returned a few days later to pick up their equipment. No problems, I'd use them again.
I know they were extremely busy during all the recent storms, but the representatives were all very courteous and helpful. I did have to wait a couple of days due to the volume of jobs already scheduled. Evidently they had a cancellation so they called to ask if I would like them to come out sooner than originally scheduled, what a surprise. The crew showed concern and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The ladies on the phone were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance.
