I recently used SERVPRO of Reisterstown for a commercial cleanup. The team arrived within a few hours of my calling and stayed late into the night to finish the job. They returned a few days later to pick up their equipment. No problems, I'd use them again.

I did have to wait a couple of days due to the volume of jobs already scheduled. Evidently they had a cancellation so they called to ask if I would like them to come out sooner than originally scheduled, what a surprise.
