I recently used SERVPRO of Reisterstown for a commercial cleanup. The team arrived within a few hours of my calling and stayed late into the night to finish the job. They returned a few days later to pick up their equipment. No problems, I'd use them again.

If I could give Brandy and the admin a 10 star rating I would! Prompt, courteous, and competent. Brandy solved an ongoing issue I had for 3 years, where I and many others in, spent lots of $$ and got nothing accomplished. She solved the problem very easily!! I know they were extremely busy during all the recent storms, but the representatives were all very courteous and helpful. I did have to wait a couple of days due to the volume of jobs already scheduled. Evidently they had a cancellation so they called to ask if I would like them to come out sooner than originally scheduled...
