Fire was raging around 1:00 at night. Firemen arrived within 15 or 20 min. I spoke with the fire chief around 3:00 am and he said I should call the insurance company now even though it was 3:00 am. Called the insurance company. Around 4:00 am (approx because this is from memory) I think that Dave with CHUBB IMMEDIAtELY ENLISTED THE AID OF Serv Pro to board up house as fireme had to put a hole in the roof and there were broken windows. Dave also immediately enlisted the aid of Serv Pro who descended upon the property and began taking photos immediately, making sure electricity was disengaged, and then at some point in the process enlisted the aid of Serv Pro to begin the process of storage and clean up of property. Their lead supervisor and coordinator Jude Deguzman was my initial contact. He was such a calming influence during this process and as each facet from the clean-out to pack-out to construction concerns were so expertly filmed and my psyche was calmed as far as this overwhelming chain of events. Jude so calmly handled my son and I with kindness and compassion and explanations. He is definitely a very valuable employee as the initial front man of this company. I so appreciated the introductions to other members of the company as well. I decided to allow Serv Pro to do the renovations which we are now under contract to do. As we are in infancy with that process I cannot give a review yet but based on their excellence and ability to communicate effectively so far I am confident it will go smoothly.

I contacted Servpro after we had some flooding in our basement after a bad thunderstorm. They were very quick to respond and had a technician come out the very next day. Our technician Robin was very prompt and professional and made sure to explain the entire process in great detail throughout the whole restoration process.
