Luxmanor Cleanup and Restoration

We had a minor basement flooding issue on a Saturday, and the SERVPRO team was at our house within 90 minutes of calling. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They cleaned everything up, hauled away the damaged materials, and made sure the issue was fully addressed before wrapping up. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how easy they were to work with during a stressful situation. I would absolutely use them again, although hopefully I won’t need to! :)

Alex, Chris, Atilo, and William did a great job with the water mitigation and mold remediation in my bedroom extending around my chimney! They answered all of my questions and were friendly and professional. They cut out a large section of wall, drywall, insulation, firewall, and moldy areas, as well as part of my ceiling. They prepped very well and contained the area, where they were working. They did a good job cleaning up the mess. I definitely will use ServPro again if needed.

Outstanding from start to finish! The water damage claim from a kitchen sink drain pipe leak turned into a significantly more complicated task including asbestos abatement and mold remediation. During the work, a serious structural issue was discovered with the home's foundation which required independent repair. From the outset, the ServPro team were professional and communicated very well throughout the process. While everyone involved from ServPro did great work, I'd especially like to commend Christovo and Benjamin for their OUTSTANDING restoration and repair work - true craftsmen that take great pride in their work. Highly recommend this team!

Unexpected heavy snow/ice storm flooded half of my basement with about 1/2" water, I turned off the main water valve right away to stop water. I called Servpro in the morning, they immediately dispatched Alex and his team came over to assess and fix the problem. They are knowledgeable, honest, efficient and friendly, cleaning up the water within hours. Left all sorts machines drying the basement, came back to check and adjust the work. SERVPRO helped me restore my home after a bat infestation. They very quickly and effectively cleaned my attic by removing the old soiled insulation, sanitizing the space, and then installing new insulation. The team took extra precautions to protect my home by laying down material to cover the floors and plastic to block off the home from the attic while they worked. Everyone was very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend SERVPRO to do work on your home or business!

All members of this team are amazing. Chris Zamora was a comfort and joy to work with when we first reached out in panic due to a flood in our townhouse. He guided us step by step as he led the mitigation team. Chad Johnson led the restoration team and was also equally a joy to work with. Our townhouse looks amazing and you could never tell there was a major flood. The message I am giving is very simple--FORGET THE REST, SERVPRO IS THE BEST!!!!!!
