This company is excellent! The employees are professionals and knowledgeable. The response time is always with 2-4 hours max.A few years back I used them for a flood where my toddlers overflowed a toilet with toilet paper and the water damage came through the ceiling in my kitchen. It was a disaster. SERVPRO North Bethesda came to the rescue and restored my ceiling like it never even happened!!!I currently use them for periodic carpet cleanings and always refer them to my friends, family, and Co-workers.
