Outstanding from start to finish! The water damage claim from a kitchen sink drain pipe leak turned into a significantly more complicated task including asbestos abatement and mold remediation. During the work, a serious structural issue was discovered with the home's foundation which required independent repair. From the outset, the ServPro team were professional and communicated very well throughout the process. Unexpected heavy snow/ice storm flooded half of my basement with about 1/2" water, I turned off the main water valve right away to stop water.
