Within an hour he sent Yeimi over and she was soon joined by Josh Roman. Yeimi and Josh were excellent in there work. Vacuumed the water out, ripped out the carpets to prevent mold getting in the walls. I live in a condo and my next door neighbor was affected as well and they immediately took care of his issue as well. I highly recommend SERVPRO in Haverhill/Newburyport for any services. Josh Welch explained the process to me as to how they work with my insurance company as well. Excellent company and excellent service!
