Great work delivered on time with a professional crew.
Due to the unprecedented rainy summer we had, we experienced some mold issues on a part of our building that is on a slab. We contacted SERVPRO and Chuck immediately contacted us. They scheduled a visit and quickly set up a time for an air quality inspector to come in. After they also scheduled their crew to come out and do the remediation. Everything was done according to what was discussed and the staff was very professional.
Alisha and Julio came to my home after a sewer backup into my cellar. Very pleasant great workers!! Alisha explained the process answering questions I had and her and Julio started working on cleaning floor in cellar and removing water and sludge that was left.
