I highly recommend SERVPRO of Worcester if you need any work done with your house. I had water get into my basement, which led to mold developing. SERVPRO was able to quickly remove and remediate all of the spots that were contaminated, and left my basement in great shape. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, from setting up the appointment to getting the work completed. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was very happy and impressed the entire way through the process.

Called local SERVPRO of Worcester and they responded that night. I'm so glad I did. The water mitigation immediately was critical to saving the walls, baseboards, and subfloor, not to mention a couch that was completely drenched. Though they did need to rip up all of the floorboards in the impacted areas, it could have been much more damaging and much more expensive to repair. It also prevented me from being relocated for months. I needed to live in a hotel for a month while everything was completed but it could have been much longer. I'm convinced that the mitigation immediately saved a ton of money and a ton of disruption. Wally and Katie were my two contact points primarily and they were responsive and super professional. The demolition crew were also great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a significant water issue!!

I am an extremely happy customer of SERVPRO. The quality of the job they performed was top notch! During the coldest night of the year, the building had a pipe burst completely flooding the house. Called SERVPRO, the crew got there within two hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They drained the house and got out quickly yet effectively with dehumidifiers to avoid any long term problems. Quick to respond with all reports and scheduling for demolitions

After a toilet tank break caused water to flood a bathroom and leak two levels, Crew Chief, Eddie Smith and his crew Arcadio Santiago and Marcus Whitney came the same day to assess the situation and set up equipment to dry floors, walls and ceilings. They all were very professional, careful of our personal items and thorough in their work. Awesome job!
