My event started with a tree crashing through the roof during a heavy rainstorm. I called SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann and they had a Project Manager on-site within hours to evaluate water damage. Water remediation began the very next day and demo followed by reconstruction all occurred in a very short time span. Communication during the process was A+. They worked closely with my insurance appraiser which made the whole process that much smoother. I was very happy with the workmanship of the rebuild and SERVPRO’s sensitivity to the occupants in the house during the entire process.
