My event started with a tree crashing through the roof during a heavy rainstorm. I called SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann and they had a Project Manager on-site within hours to evaluate water damage. Water remediation began the very next day and demo followed by reconstruction all occurred in a very short time span. Communication during the process was A+. They worked closely with my insurance appraiser which made the whole process that much smoother. I was very happy with the workmanship of the rebuild and SERVPRO’s sensitivity to the occupants in the house during the entire process. During a severe rainstorm in January, our office took in water. When I called SERVPRO of Beverly/Cape Ann, they responded promptly. The team extracted most of the water within two hours and set up blowers and dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Gary and his team came back multiple times to assess the moisture level in all affected walls and carpets. They kept me informed at every stage and documented damages.
