I can’t say enough great things about the experience I’ve had with ServPro of The Andovers. We had water in our basement and they were helpful from my first call - explaining options, booking on-site visits, and talking about next steps. They performed significant water mitigation and demolition work in my basement and were incredibly clean, thorough, and detail oriented throughout the process. Work site was tidy after every day, the crew was very polite, and I received almost daily updates from the project manager and front office. On top of that, they’ve been in touch with my insurance company on my behalf, following up on estimates and helping to explain the mitigation and remodeling steps that will be required to fix things. I hope I don’t have any more water or other damage inside my house, but ServPro will be my first call in that event and I’ll have confidence knowing how they handle things throughout the process. Would give 10/10 stars if possible.
Servpro has been taking care of our house after we had a brush fire outside which caused indoor smoke issues. The individuals working on the house have exceeded my expectations. Very impressed!
