Four weeks into home ownership our 6 unit townhome building was hit with severe ice damming (February) which resulted in water intrusion through multiple windows and all over my freshly painted drywall and new hardwood floors as everything broke loose. My homeowners insurance recommended two water remediation companies. The first company took my call and said "there's nothing we can do." The second call was to SERVPRO in Chicago Heights/Crete/Beecher. Greg, the on call tech, took my call at 10:00 PM, was at my house by 10:30 PM, and got eyes on the situation. While yes, there was nothing we could do in that immediate moment, his expertise and reassurance gave me peace of mind. Things definitely got worse before they got better, but Greg's words, "this is all fixable," kept repeating in my mind. The whole crew was great - even Bobby, the owner walked through, Jackson and Matt were here multiple times. Communication was great - calls, texts, emails - I never felt lost in the shuffle of homes that needed work done (and I know you guys had to be swamped with ice damming/flooding calls in those weeks that followed the snowstorm). Some drywall had to be torn out, but my hardwood floors were salvaged - a huge relief. Thank you for helping a first time homeowner through the panic of water intrusion. All of you made me feel like this wasn't just a job to be done, but that you are truly empathetic to what customers are going through when weather like this strikes. You see customers at their worst and still bring your best selves to the job - thank you!

Sherry and her crew were wonderful and made our lives so much easier in the beginning thru the cleanup process.
