Great Experience. The team work fast and was very thorough. Allen was amazing at communicating what needed to be done and answering my many many questions. Hopefully, I will never need them again, but would definitely recommend them.

I came home to my finished basement being flooded. Servpro quickly came to the rescue. Allen and crew were punctual and had great communication. Basement is dry and all debris is gone along with my worries about the water damage. I definitely recommend Joliet Area Servpro Crew.

I would give 6 stars if I could! My husband and I were referred to them by our insurance company after our house caught fire after a lightning strike. We had to gut our house and start almost from scratch. Michael and his team were so helpful in packing up and taking care of all of our salvageable contents. Everything was meticulously labeled and packed with great care. There was a couple times that we asked for specific items from storage> Michael and his team got us the items quickly and with great care. Eric was phenomenal to work with. We worked very closely with him on just about every aspect of the rebuild. He referred us to many trusted vendors, that also provided excellent service and quality options. Eric had zero problems talking to all the vendors and "players" in this "game," whether it was to get more information, confirm upcoming plans or timelines, or doing what he could to get us exactly what we needed. He had our backs and our best interests at heart, literally throughout every step of the way. This whole process was extremely stressful and overwhelming. We felt way more confident working with and alongside Eric. Bill was great to work with too. There were several times my husband and I needed to get in touch with him about insurance payments and get/give progress updates. He was easy to get in touch with and worked very well with us. We are very grateful for the countless number of times Bill and his team stood up for us and advocated for us as the homeowner. The entire ServPro team was amazing to work with. During one of the most stressful times in our lives, working through all the craziness that comes with rebuilding a house, we are thankful we got to work with such an incredible team. They truly went out of their way on many levels to advocate for us, fight alongside us, keep us informed, and give us everything we could've ever hoped for and more. Our house is once again a home. We woke up to a burst pipe, damaged wall, ceiling and flooring, and called ServPro. Their response was immediate, and Jose worked with us to alleviate the water damage and then the restoration work. Lucas and his crew (Will and Dave) showed up exactly when we needed them. Fast, knowledgeable, and ready to work. A flooded basement is one of those situations where you feel completely overwhelmed and they helped cut that feeling down. They knew what they were doing, explained everything along the way, and got it handled. But, the part that really shined was their compassion. It sounds like a small thing but it's really not. When you're standing in a disaster in panic mode, having a crew that treats you like a human and not just a job makes a big difference. 10 out of 10. So grateful we called them. Today marks the day of my brother's birthday anniversary, I called my mom to see what was the plan today and was excited when she told me she was getting my brother's hand casting cleaned from mold (not sure how) and just needed to find a place to do so , servpro not only gave my mom amazing customer service but also decided to do the service for free , and when I tells you that touched the heart ❤️ for many in my family , Again shout-out servpro of Joliet
