My husband and I had a flood in our home that impacted most of the main floor and basement. It was devastating, overwhelming, and heartbreaking, but I am so thankful that we contacted ServPro. We recently had a sewer backup from the heavy rains (in Menomonee Falls, WI). Our finished basement was completely destroyed. Mitch and his team came in and were very professional. They made recommendations and explained the reasoning behind them. They worked very cleanly and answered any questions along the way. I've been a custom home builder in my area for almost 20 years and have done several re-builds after fires, floods, etc. SERVPRO of Caledonia did a far better job with the remediation and cleanup than I have seen any other company do. They were careful to not damage anything else, made clean cuts, and were careful with the removal of everything. They also did my neighbor's house and were able to keep their trim. It looks like they were very careful to keep all the pieces neatly which will make it far easier (and less costly) for me to do the reconstruction.
