SERVPRO of Morris/Ottawa quite literally brought a breath of fresh air to our 30 year old home. For a number of years, we’ve been plagued by a nagging stale smell in our house that despite our personal efforts could not be freed. We had the house checked for mold and moisture as well as cleaned it top to bottom but still the pesky odor existed. Our fight came to an end when Luke for SERVPRO paid us a visit and identified the problem to be stale air. With a lengthy/heavy dose of an industrial strength ozone treatment, the air molecules in the (closed) house were cleansed. The end result is fantastic. The old house smell is gone-replaced by a fresh, clean smelling environment in our entire living space that is a pleasure to come home to. The cost is very reasonable. Communication through the process and level of attention to detail exceptional. We owe a debt of gratitude to these SERVPRO franchise principals Tim and Luke for making a difference in the health of our home and our well-being.
