So I had a flood on Friday and we called SERVPRO to come out to assess the work and they came back and cleaned the water up. The next day more water came from the ejector pump and we had to call SERVPRO out once again to clean up the water. They came out for the second time and they sanitized, remove the water and the flooring, and I am very happy with their services. Thank you, Luke and your team for doing an exceptional job.
SERVPRO was great. My sump pump failed, which resulted in a flood in our partially finished basement. Shawn got right on it and assessed the problem, then sent out a crew within a couple hours. The crew was fantastic, super friendly and hard working. They kept me informed of the progress, and did a great job cleaning up.
