My friend put a heat light in my shopping basket after telling me she used them for warming her chickens, and I’m always cold in the bathroom. We got home, she plugged it into the ceiling fixture and turned it on for a few minutes. The next day I turned it on for a short time and I could see the reflection from the room next-door. I had my neighbor come over to take a look. I was worried and surprised it was from the fixture in the ceiling. This heat lamp turned redder and redder, and I got worried. He couldn’t remove the bulb because it was too hot. We waited, then suddenly he yelled to call the fire department. The fire department came out and got things under control so fast! Servpro did things I didn’t think seemed possible. They came in to my house and everyone was very respectful, good workers, and good people. Every hour I was amazed watching them work. They did their work, always smiling. Always helpful. Made me feel comfortable. I was happy to see how happy and perfect they were. They did a more than wonderful job. Their attitudes were great, always communicative. Always asking if there was anything else they could do. They respected each other. They brought me my telephone, moved things so I could get by - all while they were doing their work. I never thought a cleaning company could be that clean and detailed, just thinking about whatever they could do for me. Making my life so much easier. They were always thinking of me. I felt spoiled. These are attitudes that you don’t see in business today. They were so considerate of me, doing such a wonderful job. I don’t ever want them to leave! They are the very best people!! Let me tell you, when I realized our brand-new washer in our brand-new townhome had leaked and there was major water damage, I didn't know what to do. I knew it was bad, so I called servpro. Thank the Lord that I did. Wyatt and Colton arrived immediately and began the mitigation process. I had no idea how bad it actually was. Water had made its way so far from the source and had already caused so much damage.
