SERVPRO responded to a major issue we had at our business in February. The sprinkler system froze and failed, we had water all over the back offices. We already had their ERP plan so I knew immediately who I needed to call. Unfortunately, there were several other emergencies that same evening but, they were still able to respond and get some of the water up that evening with the promise of a full crew for the next morning. It took a couple of weeks to get us dried out but, the staff was courteous and caring in our time of need! Thank you for your quick response and reassuring conversations. It truly made a huge mess and stressful situation a lot easier to handle
I just want to thank you for doing the mold remediation in our home. We were so upset to see the black mold in our basement. Your crew was so professional and courteous. They really made us feel at ease throughout the whole clean up process. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Coeur d' Alene for all their services

We met with Angela to set up our Emergency Ready Profile (ERP), I was shocked with the experience given. We walked the property tagged all of the water shut offs, gas pipes, and took pictures. We then set up an emergency profile specifically for our property, that includes our insurance information, vendors we would use during that time, as well as all of the property information and placement of pipes and shut offs. all of this is online so we are able to log onto a tablet, computer, or even your phone, through that we are able to log anything and change things as needed. The ERP is great for businesses especially apartment complexes. Thank you, Angela!
