Last summer we had a large wind storm come through our hometown. We had a lot of roof damage and some windows that broke. Wow! My wife called while I was at work and said the basement flooded. Water had gotten underneath LVP and a Bar area. The team was on scene in less than an hour and although we had the visible water cleaned up they pulled minimal moldings and placed equipment to dry everything out. 24 hours later everything was dry! They came very quickly after I had water leakage in the master bathroom. Elliott was a nice young man who I frequently saw while they were monitoring the equipment being used to dry the walls and the floors. He was a polite young man and always kept us aware of what was going on. Brian is the "head" person. He always made sure to tell us what he was doing and keeping track of all that is going on. We still need the floor and the carpeting put back together. That will happen when the material arrives. They are scheduled to call me this coming Friday to see if everything we ordered has arrived and they will finish up the job. I feel confident that they will do what they said they were going to do at the time they said it. I love working with companies that are like that.
