Coeur d’Alene, Idaho is a small family-family friendly city nestled up on the shores of the Lake it takes its name from. SERVPRO responded to a major issue we had at our business in February. The sprinkler system froze and failed, we had water all over the back offices. We already had their ERP plan so I knew immediately who I needed to call. I had a wonderful experience working with SERVPRO CDA. My client, who lives out of town had a major mold issue in her attic. They were happy to come out and give us a free quote and were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to accommodate our tight schedule and get the mold mitigated fast. The office staff was wonderful to work with as well. Very responsive and friendly.
I recently flooded my laundry room and Brian Tebbs came out to assess the damage, then came out again because I was concerned about asbestos. very friendly and informative and gave us tips on DIY. I highly recommend this company :)
Almost makes flooding your house worth it! After our bathroom flooded less than a week before Christmas, we were in a panic. We called SERVPRO and they were at our house in less than an hour. Not only did they save our carpets, they took their time to ensure we had no risk of any future mold and continued to monitor throughout the week. Their customer service is UNMATCHED anywhere I've been, in any industry. I don't usually leave reviews, but when service is this good, it needs to be shared. They saved our Christmas, including going well above and beyond what most companies would do. I can not recommend them highly enough.
