When I realized that I had water damage in my basement that turned into a mold problem, I called another company first. We had water in our basement from a bad storm like lots of other people. I called around 7:30 and by 8:30 a team was there getting things cleaned out. Things that were to be junked was taken away and we didn't have to do it ourselves. They sent the paperwork to our insurance so we had to do nothing with that. It was a great experience and truly it was like nothing had happened.

Todd and his team were a HUGE help to us when the spring snow melt sent water into our basement. Todd came out personally to look at what was happening and where the water was coming in. He was back the next day to help move a couple pieces of furniture and put a fan under the carpet to help dry it out. I was out of town on business and he was a HUGE help to my wife with advice on cleanup and prepping for the drying cycle.
