Mahalo nui loa to SERVPRO of Hawaiʻi (Kona) for their outstanding service after the recent Kona Low storm. Helen was kind and reassuring from the first call and followed through right away. Tammy was thorough and truly caring during the assessment and reconstruction process, and Justin and his crew were hardworking, professional, and took great care in protecting and organizing my belongings. What I expected to be overwhelming turned into a very positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team!

We suffered garage flooding and mold infestation while away. The Big Island crew was skilled, more than accommodating and very well coordinated. Communication was friendly and competent. The GM went out of her way to ensure everything was properly accomplished and saw to it that even the tiniest detail was efficiently done. We were simply relieved to know that this rather traumatic event was in the most capable hands! Highly recommend.

This review is for ServPro Pearl City: I recently had a major main pipe blockage that affected various parts of our two bathrooms. The first set of plumbers didn’t fully diagnose the issue and we proceeded with the remediation. However, halfway into the work, the ServPro Pearl City team quickly noticed the leak midway through the project, prompting a pause to complete a second set of diagnosis. After a costly drainage pipe replacement, ServPro returned for the second visit and successfully completed the sanitation and remediation. I found the ServPro Pearl City staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and always punctual. A special shout-out to Marc Kodani, the project manager, who was always available to answer questions. Besides his expertise, his calm and professional demeanor made the process much easier and very much appreciated.

I recently came home to a flooded condo. I had the pleasure to work with Noel and Kelvin of Servpro who put me at ease with the drying process of my condo. Not only were they professional, they were also very kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. They checked on my condo daily and updated me as needed. I cannot recommend these guys enough with their professionalism and the care with which they dealt with my issue. Everything dried! We had water damage from a leak behind my shower wall and into my bedroom. We called the first company we got a name of, ServoPro, which I knew nothing about. Grant, Aaron and Reggie came out first thing to start the clean up. They arranged for a plumber who came out next day to cap off the leak. Five days and everything cleaned up and done. Everyone was professional, came when they said they would, answered all my questions, Happy with the outcome. Call these Guys if you have any issues.
