Talking Rock Cleanup and Restoration

JT and Seth were great! Half my house and basement flooded and Serv Pro came for several days to mitigate the damage. JT and Seth then came on the holiday, at the exact time they said, to check everything and get all the equipment out. I appreciate the work done so far by the Serv Pro team!

We were out of town on a vacation when our family home flooded. From the first hour, the entire Servpro team was on it. I cannot say enough about the entire contents/moving team - Kamein, Dre, Jesus, Jose, Allax, Anias, Adis, Marisol, Maria, Raquel, Luis, Jesus leal, Barbara, Gabriel - they worked so hard and treated us like family. Also on the mitigation side, CJ and Johnny have been amazing to work with. The whole team helped guide us through what was a very difficult and chaotic time. Im not sure what we would have done without them. We feel so lucky. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts. You guys are amazing.

Servpro did an amazing job for us. We had water damage in our basement and had some incorrect guidance from another company as to the cause. Servpro was able to identify the cause of the leak, recommended a plumber and do the remediation for the water damage. They were beyond first rate! Russell led the engagement and was extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond.

You were respectful, incredibly detailed, documented everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and always made me feel like my home and belongings mattered. Although I had to make the heartbreaking decision to throw away many personal belongings, your honesty, guidance, and support helped me through that process. Today, I am finally back in my home, and I am truly grateful. I especially want to recognize Levi McClung for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job the right way. He truly represents the SERVPRO brand with integrity and excellence. Every member of this team worked hard, communicated well, and took pride in their work. Reggie and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up a leak in the laundry room. They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up all the mess. Reggie was also very thorough, checking for any additional damage, and explaining all the steps along the way. I would happily use ServePro again if we find ourselves in this situation.

Had a leak from an upstairs bathroom and needed water mitigation. Called ServPro and they were out within an hour or so. Russell was courteous and did a great job explaining everything. His coworker Nick was great too. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them.
