N. Druid Hills customers are saying
Emily and her team are top notch! They got the job done super proficiently while having the upmost respect for my father and his belongings. The team was very thorough and maintained complete transparency throughout the process. Emily does a great job with communicating every step of the process. I was overall impressed with the care factor of this group which is hard to find in today’s world! Thank you!
We had such a great experience with SERVPRO, especially Emily and Nicole! They spent two full days cleaning our living room and breakfast room after an outdoor fire resulted in water damage inside our home from the fire hoses. They were incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, experienced, and so kind throughout the entire process. We have four cats and a new baby girl, and they were extremely thoughtful and considerate of them while working in our home, which we really appreciated. Emily and Nicole were also wonderful about communicating with us and made a stressful situation feel so much easier. You could tell they truly cared about doing the job right. I would recommend them 1,000 times over!
The SERVPRO pack-out team did an outstanding job! They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and were consistently respectful, professional, and kind. Emily especially went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful and truly made a stressful situation easier. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this team!
We had a very positive experience with SERVPRO of Henry, Spaulding and Decatur following a fire at our home. Their team responded quickly and did an excellent job protecting, packing, cleaning, and saving our household belongings during a very difficult time. A special thank you to Heather, Taylor and the entire fire crew for their professionalism, efficiency, communication, and care throughout the process. We truly appreciated how quickly they went to work and the attention they gave to our belongings. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding and Decatur to anyone dealing with fire damage and the recovery process.
Came home from a 3 day conference in Austin to a foooded house. My understanding this review will be specific to the pack out team who were wonderful. They were efficient, took great care of my things, many family heirlooms. They cmmunicated well and were super helpful. Emily was the team lead onsite and they were here for nearly three whole days.
I would highly recommend ServPro. They were very responsive & professional. The employees were a delight to work with & did an excellent job.
David and his crew were knowledgeable and efficient in remediating the damage we had from a water leak! They put our minds at ease throughout the process v
After a small kitchen fire, the clean up team was very helpful and took great care while working in our home. They kept us well informed and did an excellent job.
We had water damage from an overflow toilet. We were sent Emily, Anna, Maddie and Tina to complete the pack out process. Emily the team leader called to inform us she was on the way and the arrival time which was spot on. Emily communicated the entire process what they would be doing and each young lady were assigned a task and completed their task expeditiously without any interruption or talking only when necessary. They were very professional and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend this team to any of my neighbors, friends or relatives if needed.
