Clarkesville Cleanup and Restoration

I just want to give a shout out to Caleb, Brandon and Mark. Our local business had some water damage today from the storm and they were quick to come out and super efficient! Communication was good and they got us all cleaned up. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to open tomorrow so thank you for all you did today for us!

During the ice storm in February 2026 the water pipes broke and caused the flooring in my office to be completely destroyed. I called SERVPRO to bring in their teams to extract the water. They came here immediately and did a wonderful job of removing the contents of the office, then pulling up the carpets. Their machines were set up and stayed here 4 days to dry everything out. Kelly was the gal who coordinated all that without her help and advise I don't know what I would have done. After it was dried out, I was delighted to find out that SERVPRO has a re-construction division so, of course, I asked them to come in and rebuild the office. Justin was the coordinator for that and he was so helpful. Sometimes in large companies, when you call them, you don't hear back for days. Well, Justin answered all of my phone calls immediately and helped me understand every step of the work they would be doing. He told me a man named, Scotty, would be doing the work. He did and went over and above helping to make sure the whole office was remodeled in A++ condition. I guess you could say that I highly recommend SERVPRO of the Mountains. I wish I could remember the names of all the technicians at SERVPRO who helped, as they made this stressful situation one that was done with high professional standards and I'd like to recommend them all for the work they did.
