The small town of Boston is just that, small. Within the past two years, they have added so much to downtown. The new restaurant named, The Silo 31626, has brought a lot of attention there. George Dillon made the first batch of candy in 1918 in a stockroom. Now for three generations have kept it alive with the specialty nut candies cooked in open copper kettles. Moving forward, Boston holds festivals and parades seasonally along with a mini marathon. The annual spring fling the town has is always a big event that brings people from the surrounding towns. The town coming together to have events for the children is something you don’t find often. There are people of the community coming together and holding a tutoring class Monday-Thursday for kids in need of it.
