My husband and I have used SERVPRO several times and each time we have received white glove service from Doug and his crew! They always make sure we know they care. From protecting our windows to the final clean up. Anytime we purchase a home we always have a mold test performed. When mold is found it’s usually under the windows that are leaking behind drywall. SERVPRO came in, removed the drywall, cleaned the areas from mold and made sure we were mold free. The owner Josh is always a phone call away happy to help with any questions or concerns and even text me multiple times to make sure we were happy. This is type of service is hard to find in any company rather yet a company removing walls from your home. If I could rate them a ten I would! Everyone I dealt with at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was always available, returned my e-mails, texts and phone calls. I live in NY and was having the work done in a Florida apartment. They were in touch with me to let me know how the work was progressing. They worked until we got a clean mold report from the inspector. I would call them again if needed.
