I can't say enough good things about Doug, Christian, Yury, and Daniel. I had a serious mold problem in my apartment. Doug was my initial contact at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach, and talking with him immediately put me at ease. Before talking to Doug, I felt that I would never feel safe again in that apartment because the mold had overtaken everything. But after speaking with Doug, I was confident that he and his team would take care of things. And they managed to exceed my already high expectations when they showed up to do the mold remediation. Christian, Yury, and Daniel handled the actual mold remediation, and they were fantastic. After they were done, I could tell that they had cleaned literally every surface and every item that had mold on it, including my shoes. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Everyone I encountered from SERVPRO of South Palm Beach was tremendously professional, and they inspired confidence. They were very patient with all of my questions, especially my questions about my dog's safety.
