West Hollywood Cleanup and Restoration

We were extremely impressed with SERVPRO during our emotional time when our finished basement flooded during the 4th of July weekend here in Iowa. This was the first name our insurance provider had on a list of preferred restoration companies. We initially called and were told we were going to be placed on a waitlist due to the overwhelming amount of houses that were in the same boat as us. However, reinforcements came in from out of state and I must say, Marlene Sienkiewicz, saved the day! She not only put aside her holiday weekend to help others, but she also showed extreme compassion and empathy for the loss we had just experienced. Her team who also came in from out of state was extremely helpful in assisting with packing up and carrying out the items we could save while also working efficiently in doing what they needed to do in removing the damaged flooring and walls. Marlene stayed in contact throughout the whole process and continued to check in periodically to check on the status of her team's work. She provided some suggestions on the products we should consider using to rebuild so in case this happens again, we will likely not lose so much. I truly can not express the gratitude in finding such an angel as Marlene! Thank you so much for all you do and continue to do to help others! 5 stars is not enough. You deserve so much more!! I had significant water damage to my condo from a major roof leak and someone recommended that I call ServPro for remediation. I am so glad I did!! From the first call to completion of the restoration, I had a first- rate experience. Every project team was professional, on time, and cleaned up and removed debris daily. The quality of the work was impeccable and included tear out, drying, sheet rock and texture on walls and ceiling, floor removal and replacement, removal and replacement of baseboard and crown molding, and painting. The project manager, Carlos G., coordinated scheduling of all the teams’ responsibilities extremely well. I can’t say enough good things about every ServPro employee I encountered during this project. They are exceptional!

I can’t say enough great things about Servpro explanation from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. Dealing with property damage is successful, but they made the entire restoration process smooth and worry free. Marlene Arrived quickly, explained everything clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was courteous, respectful of my home and worked Efficiently without cutting corners, the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Marlene reviewed the damage, gave recommendations on what was needed, provided estimate and worked with us to schedule and get it done. Jefferson was the remediation technician who courteous, respectful and did an excellent job in cleaning, etc. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Marlen was 10 of 10 if I could leave a better review I would. Her team did amazing work, they communicated great, and made the process with insurance easy. They came in and knocked it out got me back in my place faster than I thought they ever could.
