South Sussex County, DE is a region and not just one town or city.  The area is comprised of many thriving communities along the Atlantic Ocean and the inland bays of Rehoboth and Indian River. They include Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean View, Millville, Seaford, Laurel, Millsboro and Bridgeville.  These towns range from tourist havens along the bays and ocean to rural areas of agriculture. These all encompass the fastest growing populations in our state.  Dozens of new developments are cropping up every month as South Sussex County experiences a boom.  Commercial businesses including restaurants, hotels and retail outlets are opening in all sectors to meet the demands of the growing masses of people.  In our 30 years of servicing South Sussex County; we have never seen such traffic and growth.  To say that every roadway in South Sussex County is currently under construction is no understatement. Healthcare facilities can be found throughout South Sussex with Bay Health, Beebe and Atlantic Hospitals nearby. While under construction we assisted the largest hospital in South Sussex through several water emergencies. We serve all of the coastal communities as well as those on the states interior with our fire and water services.  Many residents and businesses use our duct and general cleaning services as well and we are proud to apply janitorial services in both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach!

Our basement was flooded so we had Servpro due two things: initial flood, mitigation, and flood damage restoration. Both aspects were completed quickly and extremely well. We are especially delighted with Servpro’s subcontractors for the reconstruction which included the removal and replacement of carpet and padding and painting of baseboards and door casings. Not only was at work very well done, but the cleanup was exceptional. There was not a trace of dust, dirt, etc. The Servpro project managers for each phase of the work was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A+ Ratings for all!

Definitely highly recommend they came out in less than 12hrs to help with a A leak that came through Our playroom ceiling from all the snow and rain we just got, they set up machines with dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the area. They came back 2 to 3 days later to take out some of the sheetrock so we can replace it from whatever water it was damaged in They were very respectful knowledgeable, They kept us informed every step of the way definitely made us feel at ease.
