Phillips Hill is an unincorporated community in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. Phillips Hill is located on Delaware Route 24 and Delaware Route 30, southwest of Millsboro. Phillips Hill is found just west of Indian River and there are many waterfront communities located in this quaint, pristine area. You can browse local shops or take part in many watersports found in the Indian River. Fishing and crabbing are favorite summer time activities. There are many new housing developments sprouting up in the area and this population will continue to increase as well. Its close location to Millsboro provides visitors and residents with access to commercial outlets such as shopping centers and restaurants. There are also many Medical Centers close by for health care. Beebe, Atlantic Health and Tidal Health all have centers nearby and there is even a cancer center within 10 miles. Commercial businesses in the area near Phillips Hill and Millsboro are also on the increase. We have served the area known as Phillips Hill for nearly 30 years. The area around Phillips Hill is low lying and as do many areas in Sussex County; Phillips Hill can experience flooding and we have offered our water and fire remediation and restoration services to many residents. With almost every Nor-Easter we see flooding in this part of Sussex. Residents who live close to Indian River must also be aware of the challenges that closeness to water can cause such as mold growth – as we have also answered the call for this service as well.

Our basement was flooded so we had Servpro due two things: initial flood, mitigation, and flood damage restoration. Both aspects were completed quickly and extremely well. We are especially delighted with Servpro’s subcontractors for the reconstruction which included the removal and replacement of carpet and padding and painting of baseboards and door casings. Not only was at work very well done, but the cleanup was exceptional. There was not a trace of dust, dirt, etc. The Servpro project managers for each phase of the work was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A+ Ratings for all!

Definitely highly recommend they came out in less than 12hrs to help with a A leak that came through Our playroom ceiling from all the snow and rain we just got, they set up machines with dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the area. They came back 2 to 3 days later to take out some of the sheetrock so we can replace it from whatever water it was damaged in They were very respectful knowledgeable, They kept us informed every step of the way definitely made us feel at ease.
