Phillips Hill is an unincorporated community in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. Phillips Hill is located on Delaware Route 24 and Delaware Route 30, southwest of Millsboro. Phillips Hill is found just west of Indian River and there are many waterfront communities located in this quaint, pristine area. You can browse local shops or take part in many watersports found in the Indian River. Fishing and crabbing are favorite summer time activities. There are many new housing developments sprouting up in the area and this population will continue to increase as well. There are also many Medical Centers close by for health care. Beebe, Atlantic Health and Tidal Health all have centers nearby and there is even a cancer center within 10 miles.
