A small unincorporated village called Hermosa, Colorado is located nine miles north of Durango along Highway 550. The red sandstone Hermosa Cliffs and Hermosa Creek, a branch of the Animas River that runs from west to east, are two of the town's well-known landmarks. SERVPRO is awesome!!!! I have had trouble with a rented apartment with cat urine, they responded quickly and have gone above and beyond to fix the problem. I called them because of a mold type problem we had in a room at work, they took care of that right away. My Mother also had a water break in her pipes in the ceiling of her house, she is 87 yrs old and they did EVERYTHING to take extra good care of her. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to do so. They are friendly, helpful, professional and a great team to work with!!!
We had a 2nd story water leak that took out the kitchen ceiling below. While minor in comparison to most of the jobs they do, this was relatively devastating for us. Keith quickly sent Zach to our rescue! He did a great job getting our carpet & sub-floor thoroughly dried & ready for new sheetrock. He was clean, professional, friendly & compassionate! We could not have asked for better service, as always ... these guys are amazing!
We came home from a weekend away to find a burst pipe. These guys, Zac, Theo, and Austin, were at our house less than 24 hours later with equipment and proceeded to set up to dry our floors out. Theo and Austin worked four days ripping up flooring, ripping out bathrooms, packing our belongings, moving our furniture, and they kept us up on everything that was happening with the demolition, packing, and storing. We can NOT say enough positive things about these guys and this company! Conscientious, courteous, and professional all the way! Thank you, Theo, Austin, Zac, and SERVPRO!
AWESOME service from start to finish. Took care of moving shipment that was moldy. Cleaned my 1700's antique furniture, silk rugs and 150 year old heirloom quilts. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would use again without question.
