Theo and Austin worked four days ripping up flooring, ripping out bathrooms, packing our belongings, moving our furniture, and they kept us up on everything that was happening with the demolition, packing, and storing. We can NOT say enough positive things about these guys and this company! Conscientious, courteous, and professional all the way! Thank you, Theo, Austin, Zac, and SERVPRO!
The guys at SERVPRO were awesome. So professional and friendly. We woke up to a flooded house (after a waterline broke) and within a few hours they showed up and took care of everything. They took pictures for the insurance and walked us through everything they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but cross my fingers I wont have to). When Paul came to get the dehumidifiers and fans, he even gathered all the towels we had laid out on the sidewalk and put them in a pile on my porch for me. Seriously awesome!
My house was flooded and Jenni's team came and packed all my things (which were extensive) When they came to place furniture, etc back, I worked with them and was extremely impressed. They were all very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I could not have been happier with their work.
