In November, a severe storm front resulted in multiple areas of damage to my home. When contacted by our property manager, SERVPRO responded so quickly that no rot or mildew damage occurred.
Working through the night, SERVPRO removed all our valuables quickly, and immediately started the process of taking care of all of the damage. They worked closely with our insurance company, and even in still freezing weather, got the job complete in a reasonable amount of time.
When it came time to put everything back, SERVPRO put everything back in its original location, down to putting the books back on the shelves in their original order!
Would we use them again? Absolutely!
Fantastic service all the way around, People are one of a kind, they go out of their way to explain anything you may not be clear on. I felt almost guilty for asking so many questions. They worked with my Insurance company when the estimate for service repairs was way under the acceptable. The original Insurance estimator was a tad to inexperienced in doing his job and this was quite evident to the people at SERVPRO. SERVPRO took over and contacted the Insurance company directly. SERVPRO informed them of the error and set in motion the wheels to turn to remade the conflict with a justifiable conclusion.
