We came home from a weekend away to find a burst pipe. These guys, Zac, Theo, and Austin, were at our house less than 24 hours later with equipment and proceeded to set up to dry our floors out. Theo and Austin worked four days ripping up flooring, ripping out bathrooms, packing our belongings, moving our furniture, and they kept us up on everything that was happening with the demolition, packing, and storing. The guys at SERVPRO were awesome. So professional and friendly. We woke up to a flooded house (after a waterline broke) and within a few hours they showed up and took care of everything. They took pictures for the insurance and walked us through everything they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but cross my fingers I wont have to). When Paul came to get the dehumidifiers and fans, he even gathered all the towels we had laid out on the sidewalk and put them in a pile on my porch for me. Seriously awesome!
My house was flooded and Jenni's team came and packed all my things (which were extensive) When they came to place furniture, etc back, I worked with them and was extremely impressed. They were all very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I could not have been happier with their work. I highly recommend them if you need help with any disaster, they will make it a lot less stressful!

Keith Harlan and his team did an excellent job of repairing our home after a hot water tank mishap. They arrived within a few hours of our call and worked through the Christmas and New Years holidays to dry out the floors and walls. They were able to save our carpet and cleaned it to like new condition. The installation of new tile in our laundry room was fantastic. We would highly recommend Durango SERVPRO. They were true to their motto "like it never even happened". Thanks Keith and staff!
These guys were awesome! They helped me with water damage at a house I take care of and I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to do the job. They had crews out there the next day assessing the damage and started work almost immediately. All the work was done in a very professional manner and they made me feel like this job was their number one priority. I would highly recommend these guys for any kind of water damage.

I cannot say enough about this fantastic team. I recently had an experience where there was a fire at the storage facility I use, and some of my property suffered water damage from the sprinklers. SERVPRO was on site to assist in the remediation and could not have been more helpful. Additionally, their branch manager walked me through the process of how to preserve my artwork, lending her expertise and wisdom to help me save things important to me. While we all hope to never be in a situation where we need them, if I ever have to deal with property damage, SERVPRO is who I’ll be calling.
