Great experience with this location! This business was referred by another damage restoration company that didn't have availability to come to our house. After calling, the front desk scheduled an inspection within hours of my initial call concerning possible water damage. They honestly and thoroughly evaluated my crawl space and master closet and luckily confirmed no damage. To my surprise, all of their time was complimentary since the inspection was during business hours. Wow! If we need damage restoration, we'll use this company again.
I want to say thanks to Vanessa for taking care of everything. On top of a flooded house- I had an unbelievably crazy busy week at work and it was late like 9pm every time I had a chance to call her. She really did get things done without me! I appreciate that.
