I called Vanessa with SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon and she answered which I thought I would get a voicemail. I made a call to SERVPRO of Antioch and they came the same day. Found the problem of the leak I was having and arrived with their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the area. That process eliminated the need to rip up additional flooring and walls. They were able to remove my hardwood floor in my pantry and kitchen and then remove the glue from the entire floor readying it to have the contractor perform his services. I would recommend SERVPRO of Antioch for all my restoration needs. You won’t get better in the industry.
